Going fresh in the case this morning: tri-tip steak, sirloin, rib eye, tbones, porterhouse & hangar steaks, beef ribs, pork chops & tenderloin, St. Louis style ribs, an assortment fresh hand-made of sausages and get here quick; all meats are in the case while supplies last! Open today 10-3! Also: the Inner Sanctum is open today for brunch from 10-2 and we have Southern Style Biscuits and 100% American Swinery Spam on the grill for $5!

Sign up for the pig breakdown!

So our grand opening events start tomorrow, June 25th! We hope to see you at the Swinery from 4 till 7 but we ALSO would love to see you at the pig breakdown workshop on Saturday starting at 4pm!

The Pig Breakdown Class includes a hands on instructional workshop on how a pig is broken down followed by an hour cocktail reception with Chris from Zircon Gold Tequila who will be bringing not only Tequilas for you to sample but some special surprises too! Last but not least, we will then have a cooking class where we take the parts of the pig that we just cut and create mouth watering dishes and finally feast in our courtyard!

An epic evening, for sure.

IT’S CELEBRATION TIME!

Hello to all of our Foodie Friends! We finally have all of our ducks in a row: the shop is beautiful, the kitchen is finished, walk-ins complete and Inner Sanctum is open for lunch and brunch six days a week! Join us on Friday, June 25th for our Friends and Family Swinery re-opening party from 4pm until 7pm. We will be giving tours every half hour of the entire space and featuring specials on select meats! Free raffle with prizes including a ticket to the Pig Breakdown / Cooking Class on Saturday June 26th–you don’t want to miss it!

And then, join us Saturday, June 26th for an adult private party starting at 4! We will be doing a hands-on pig breakdown and cooking class for a select few (30 person maximum). For merely $100 you will learn the basics of breaking down an entire pig and see it done before your very eyes, attend a lovely cocktail party with a special guest from Zircon Tequila, and then finish the evening with a cooking workshop showcasing the meat we’ve prepared and then we feast!

An educational and exceptional evening at its finest!
