Happy holidays everyone! In case you’re wondering, yes, we will be open tomorrow (Christmas eve) from 11AM to 6PM (courtyard cafe 11AM to 4PM). And then we’ll be closed on the 25th and 26th to enjoy some time with our families.
Don’t wait too long to phone in your Thanksgiving order this year, turkeys are selling fast! Currently we’re offering: Nicky Farms Air Chilled, Nicky Farms Free Range and Mad Hatcher turkeys. For those of you thinking outside the turkey-box we’re also taking orders for Nueske spiral ham, Tails & Trotters ham, Iberico pork, rack of lamb, plus local Pleasant View Farms moulard duck and foie gras. And of course, don’t forget the sides! We’ll be whipping up lots of tasty sides to go with any main course, call for selections and availability.

We’re ready for our close-up… are you?! Tomorrow (Tuesday, September 25) there will be a production company in Seattle doing a segment on… bacon! And of course they chose the Swinery as a bacon destination. If you’d like to play your part in bacon history, the Swinery will be open for dinner tomorrow (one night only) from 5:30 till 8:00pm, they will be filming so put on your Swinery burger eating best and come join us!
