Producer Notes:

This beautiful ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil comes from a historic centenary family-owned Marrakech estate orchard, in the beautiful flat land at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, where even Baron de Rothschild used to cultivate his grapes. This surprising and delicious exclusive oil is widely known around the world as the

“champagne of olive oils”, and the title is well deserved. The family carries on this century-old tradition producing what is likely to be the best and purest Moroccan extra virgin olive oil available, reserved to the real connoisseur and gourmet aficionado from around the world. This invaluable oil comes from a manual selection of the best Picholine du Languedoc olives. Native to Provence, Languedoc and Corsica, this fine specimen olive variety’s oil will be ideal served with dishes of Southern France and Mediterranean area. This oil has a limited production of 25,000 liters and maximum 0.4º acidity, and a taste you would not expect. Atlas Olive Oils is an integrated production farm run by the Aqallal Family, known for their passion and engagement in development and

perfection of agriculture, and for an ancient olive-growing tradition. Structured to produce only extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, the three farms are located at the foot of the faous Atlas mountain chain, at altitudes ranging between 300 and 450 meters, where a very particular climate and the specificities of the land give the olive oil an unmistakable fine taste.

Tasting notes: well balanced, sophisticated, delicate and ultra-fine tasting oil, a sweet early harvest oil with a fresh herbal taste. It features mild fruit, green apple and artichoke notes, and a distinct peppery finish. A true connoisseur’s winner!
